When I have been working all day and come home to a dirty kitchen, a hungry family, homework needs to be done, then I start griping about why the house is dirty and how there is time to finish one more game on the game system. I bet I don’t look very beautiful when I throw a fit about the trash over flowing. Then the picture goes to the bedroom later that night and I have this permanent scowl on my face from the 8-hour workday and the 4-hour work night. vs. some chick that hung out all day and went to the spa and maybe did a work-out with her trainer, Chet then came home to her honey-bun husband that just made her dinner with candlelight. She laughs with joy and smiles with cheerful banter throughout the night until the picture goes to the bedroom - where she is playfully and giddy and she tumbles in the bed with her partner. Regardless of how your day went, think about how much nicer it would be to be the chick that has a joyful spirit about her at the end of the day.
I specifically want to talk about how being happy and joyful can make us beautiful and sexy to our partners and ourselves. There are a lot of things we need to learn to love about ourselves, but the one thing that speaks louder than words is our joy, and when we have joy we look beautiful. Our love life is affected by the way you feel about our self. First we have to decide how we are going to be able to feel joy. It may be a matter of just deciding, or it may require some change in your life. However you do it being happy and filled with joy will only help you love yourself and for others to enjoy you. How does joy and beauty turn into sexiness? To ooze joy we have to love our self and that is not always easy. Feeling joy causes a beauty within you to come out, and that is attractive and sexy. The sexiest, most attractive way to be is to be a happy you. Decide to be happy and do whatever it takes to make it happen, even if it is a little minute at a time. My husband once told me that the most beautiful I am is when I genuinely laugh. This brings me to my point, if you can find your way to joy inside your head and your heart, you will be beautiful and sexy all the way from the inside out. |
