This recipe is brought to you by Southern Fried Fitness by Robin Burr Shea, based in Bowling Green, KY.

Kentucky is full of delicious Blueberry Farms.  From Farmer's Markets to pick-your-own farms, Kentucky blueberries bring BLUE to another level.  Hope you enjoy this delicious, simple recipe!

1 stick butter

3/4 cup flour

dash of salt

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 t baking powder

3/4 cup milk

2 cup fresh or frozen Kentucky blueberries

Melt butter and pour in 13x9 inch pan.  Mix dry ingredients in bowl, stir in milk until smooth.  Pour over butter in pan.  Scatter blueberries over mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.  A little homemade vanilla ice cream on the side!  MAN, it doesn't get any better!!!
