If you are wanting to lose weight and/or eat healthier, I want to share a new program with you — Meal Balance. In just 2 weeks on the program, I have lost 9 lbs!!
The plan consists of 3 meals and 2 snacks per day — protein, vegetables and simple dairy products. The food is precooked, so you just toss it in the microwave for 2 minutes. The proteins and vegetables are in different bags, so you can grab and go, and mix and match. The food is very tasty and filling.
